Double Frito Buffalo Chicken Dip

Spicy, creamy, crunchy, oh my…

This Double Frito Buffalo Chicken Dip is one of my favorite specialties to make. I make this dip often and it is super popular whenever I go!


  • 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken (if you want to save time you can use canned)
  • 2 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Frito scoops
  • 1/2 cup Franks RedHot (or your favorite wing sauce)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spread cream cheese so that it covers the bottom of your serving dish
  3. Mix wing sauce and ranch dressing and pour it on top of the cream cheese
  4. Top with shredded chicken (I use my immersion blender to shred the chicken) and cheese
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes
  6. At 28 minutes top with crushed Fritos and bake for an additional 2 minutes
  7. Serve immediately with Frito scoops, celery, carrots or Tostitos chips
