I’m normally not a huge fan of Brussels sprouts, but the hubby loves them so I’ve been making them a lot more lately. After experimenting a bit I’ve finally found a way to enjoy them! I find that adding the white truffle and sesame oil adds extra flavor and helps prevent the Brussels sprouts from becoming too dry. Nobody likes a mouthful of dry Brussels-icky!
This recipe is for Brussels sprouts that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!
Prep: 5m
Cook: 10m
Ready: In 15
Ingredients
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs white truffle oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs Ms. Dash onion & herb seasoning
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- Bacon or turkey bacon bits (optional)

Directions
Set your Air Fryer to 400 degrees
Cut the larger sprouts into quarters; halve the smaller ones.
Combine olive oil, white truffle oil, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, and seasoning in a bowl and mix well. Add sprouts and turn to coat.
Air fry for 5 minutes, shake the sprouts and then cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Once the sprouts are done, check them to make sure they are seasoned enough, sprinkle additional seasoning/oil if needed.
Transfer the sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with bacon or turkey bacon bits.

Enjoy!
